Airlinq Inc. operates www.airlinq.com (the “Site”) as an informational website for business customers. The Site does not sell products to consumers, does not host transactions, and does not require an account to browse.
We collect limited information: server logs, optional cookies for analytics and marketing that load only after you give consent through our cookie banner, and information you choose to provide when you submit our Contact form or apply for a position. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This Policy explains what we collect, why, with whom we share it, and your rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA/CPRA”), other U.S. state privacy laws, and the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where applicable.

Airlinq Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware. We have affiliated entities in India (Airlinq Technology Pvt. Ltd. and Airlinq Software Pvt. Ltd.) that may process information on our behalf as service providers under contract.
This Policy does not apply to:

Information that Airlinq processes on behalf of its enterprise customers under separate contract. The customer is the controller of that information, and we act as a processor under the customer’s instructions and applicable data processing terms.

2. Audience
This Site is intended for business representatives evaluating Airlinq products and services. It is not directed to consumers, and it is not directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through the Site, contact us at info@airlinq.com and we will delete it.

When you submit the Contact form, request a demo, subscribe to our blog, or apply for a position, you may provide:

3.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined under CCPA/CPRA and equivalent state laws. We do not collect precise geolocation, government-issued identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data for unique identification, genetic information, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, sexual orientation, the contents of your private communications, citizenship or immigration status, or account login credentials.
We do not engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories: strictly necessary, performance and analytics, and marketing. Non-essential cookies do not load until you give consent through our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the Privacy Preferences link in the Site footer.
We configure Google Consent Mode v2 to default to denied for all non-essential storage until you opt in. We also support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out request for California residents and equivalent universal opt-out signals in other states.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.
8. International Data Transfers
Airlinq is headquartered in the United States and has affiliates in India. Information you submit may be processed in either jurisdiction.
For transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent transfer mechanisms with our affiliates and service providers.
9. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with our legal obligations:

Contact form submissions and demo requests: Up to 24 months from last contact, unless a business relationship is established, in which case retention is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Job applications: Up to 12 months after the position is filled or closed, unless you ask us to retain your application for future consideration.

10. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

11. Your Privacy Rights
11.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding personal information that we collect about you:

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may submit an opt-out request to confirm this preference. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests.

We will respond within 45 days as required by CCPA/CPRA, with one extension of 45 days if reasonably necessary, and will inform you of the reason and the extension period. We will verify your identity using information you have previously provided to us, or by requesting limited additional information.

11.2 California “Shine the Light”
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. 11.3 Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland, Minnesota, Tennessee, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have rights similar to those described in Section 11.1.

If you are located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under GDPR and equivalent law: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 12. Notice of Financial Incentives
We do not offer financial incentives or price or service differences in exchange for personal information.
13. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use personal information collected through the Site to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects through solely automated means.
