He was previously with AT&T as Executive Vice President for Global Access Management, overseeing the wholesale carrier access business for AT&T, and managed AT&T Mobility’s wireless mergers and acquisitions between 1995 and 2002. He has served on several corporate boards, including that of the GSM Association.
